Sales coaching
The Business Development Program is the most recent training and development initiative which has been highly successful among the membership. The program focuses on combining sales and marketing training with more technical, credit and finance related workshops through webinars.
As part of this program, we have recently launched the Ask the Expert webinar series, developed to provide our members with the opportunity to hear and interact with guest speakers from within the mortgage broking and finance industry. In addition, PLAN Australia members are able to access the webinar recordings, tools and materials from the Broker Development Portal – our online library.
Each year, our members have a suite of workshops to choose from which cover a variety of topics, provide new ideas and equip members with the right tools beneficial for their business growth. Most training workshops we provide accrue CPD points from MFAA and FBAA enabling our members to maintain their professional standing with these associations.
