Training events

PLAN Australia provides a range of training programs and member events throughout the year comprising induction workshops, accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs, personal development seminars, and online and face-to-face workshops, along with networking and social events. 

As a PLAN Australia member, not only will you have access to our resources and network, you will also get the opportunity to enhance your knowledge and skills that will enable you to grow your business further.

Below is the list of training events available at PLAN Australia.

Induction Workshop - All new members of PLAN Australia will be scheduled to attend this induction workshop held regularly in each capital city.  This workshop provides 'hands-on' learning of the various services we offer and guides you through the multiple components of our software.

Software Training - Apart from the induction workshop, PLAN Australia runs dedicated software training designed for members, loan consultants and administrative staff to maintain and manage their database, lodge online applications and use the sales functionality on our mortgage software. 

Lender Learning - At a local level our Business Development Managers co-ordinate local lender accreditation sessions in each state and also co-ordinate local "Meet the Lender" and/or Lender Refresher Days, depending on demand in each state.  This will not only provide the opportunity for our members to gain more insight of the various lender products but also provide feedback to our lender panel.

Professional Development Days - We conduct Professional Development (PD) Days on a State basis Australia wide.  Members are brought together to exchange ideas with fellow local peers, enhance their business skills and receive the latest information from industry professionals along with lender updates. 

Networking Events - Besides sharpening individual skills, we recognise that it is equally important to build relationships with fellow industry professionals and reward our members for their achievements.  Such events comprise Golf Days, State Dinners, High Performance, Super Groups and Sales Masters conferences. 

National Member Conference - This annual event is the highlight of the year for our members.  The conference is a unique opportunity for you to learn and network while having fun. PLAN Australia members gain valuable insights on achieving top performance, learning more about industry issues and enhancing skills and knowledge.
