Business Development Program

The Business Development Program is the most recent training and development initiative which has been highly successful among the membership. The program focuses on providing a holistic approach to training covering topics ranging from business, finance, lending to sales and marketing through face-to-face or online seminars. 

We have recently launched the Ask the Expert webinar series, developed to provide you with the opportunity to hear and interact with guest speakers from within the mortgage broking and finance industry. PLAN Australia mortgage brokers are able to access the webinar recordings, tools and materials from the Broker Development Portal – our online library.

Each year, we conduct a suite of workshops covering a variety of topics, provide new ideas and equip you with the right tools beneficial for their business growth. Most training workshops we provide accrue CPD hours from MFAA and FBAA enabling you to maintain their professional standing with these associations.

The Business Development Program also encompass a business planning component which is conducted by our BDMs.  They will work hands-on with you to develop your business strategy and provide coaching along the way.
