The mortgage broking industry is going through a period of evolution with matters such as licensing, fee for advice, the deferred establishment fee ban and professional learning standards all at the forefront of this new dawn.

At PLAN Australia, our role is to ensure you are fully equipped to meet those challenges, and in particular provide greater skills in complying with the new NCCP legislation, which emphasises on topics such as responsible lending.

This year has also seen the launch of Podium, one of the industry’s leading CRMs, and will be crucial in assisting you to move your business from a transactional nature to a sharper customer focused one. We are always endeavouring to increase the products and services available to you including our home brand products, PLAN Lending and PLAN Loan Protect along with our Book Buy/Sell Facility.
