"Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance & Mortgage Broking)" from a Recognised Training Organisation

Industry Membership with either the MFAA or FBAA

Further to the above Qualifications, the Team at Ethical Finance & Mortgage Solutions must also undertake regular and ongoing Training.

Alesha is the sole Founder of Ethical Finance & Mortgage Solutions. Alesha has over 8 years of experience within the Finance & Insurance Industries. In addition to the above mentioned Qualifications, Alesha holds a PS146 Financial Services Licence for Life Insurance, Home & Contents Insurance, & Educational Fund Products. Alesha has a strong work ethic, and as such, is available for client queries 7 days a week via email. Alesha is also available via Telephone, between the hours of 9.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Friday, as well as 9.30am to 5.30pm on Weekends.

Katherine has previous experience in the Customer Service Industry, and has undertaken TAFE studies in order to further her Administrative Skills. Katie is Committed to ensuring that the Clients of Ethical Finance & Mortage Solutions receive regular updates on both their loans, and on any Industry Changes that may affect our clients New or Existing Loans.

YVONNE CARBONE - (Mobile Lender)

Yvonne has come to Ethical Finance and Mortgage Solutions with over 10 years experience in Business Operations including Financial Management, Administration and Customer Service. Yvonne has a strong committment to developing positive relationships with clients by helping them attain their financial dreams, and creating a long term follow up plan to ensure that clients needs continue to be met.

JOHNATHON GRAHAM - (Mobile Lender Development Program Participant)

Johnathon demonstrates exemplary Professionalism, and has already shown himself to be innovative and able to provide extensive input into loan scenarios and business development.
