In our strive for excellent service to you, our charter is to provide a clear understanding of the standards of service that you can expect from us, and your responsibilities.

 

 

What we will do

Research products for you

Provide supporting documents

Provide you with a comparison rate sheet

Sign loan application

Submit your loan application within 24 hrs

Sign brokers contract

Submit First Home Owners Grant (if applicable)

Provide additional information if required, asap.

Continue to monitor bank assessment of your loan and keep you advised (we would usually contact your lender at least every three days.)

Arrange your settlement agent

Work with your you and your lender to resolve any conditions of approval.

Sign loan offer and mortgage documents when issued by the bank

Contact your settlement agent and real estate agent within 24 hours of finance approval

Sign and return Mortgage discharge (if applicable)

Advise you within 24 hrs of finance approval.

Arrange Home Insurance (please ask us if you would like us to arrange an obligation free quote through BT Insurance)

Refer you to settlement agent, BT Insurance Agent, Risk insurance, Financial planner, Accountant, Solicitor.

Please complete Midas Mortgages Survey after settlement of your loan.

Assist with signing of loan documents if required.

Please let the office know of changes to your contact details.

Send you a $30 gift voucher if we don’t meet any of the above.

 

Provide you with an Ombudsman if you ever need Complaints Resolution.

 

After settlement we will continue to service you with a quarterly newsletter and contact you at the anniversary of your loan, and maturity of your fixed rate to recommend alternative changes as applicable.

 

 

As a guide, finance approval usually occurs within 10-15 working days from the date your complete application is submitted.
