Credit Representative Support Services

As a Credit Representative of our licensee, our support services will leave you free to focus on your business priorities and your clients. We will provide you with training, templates, documentation and internal dispute resolution procedures to name a few. We will also provide hands on support, systems and tools to assist you.

Our focus is on making compliance easy for you and providing best practice client support tools. Your brand and the other things that make your business unique will remain fully under your control.

Some of your support services include:

  • Dedicated Credit Advice Managers who will review your compliance to protect you and your business. They also take the time to evaluate your documentation, advising improvements that could save you time and money.
  • Best practice responsible lending tools and templates developed after extensive industry and broker consultation. 
  • In-house training experts to help you achieve best practice standards under NCCP and maximise profitability, through face-to-face and online training courses. We provide valuable training options that will matter to your business.
  • A resource library on NCCP providing answers to frequently asked questions quickly, helping you keep up to date with regulation. 
  • Competitive group professional indemnity (PI) policy offering favourable premiums. 
  • Cheaper membership fees from COSL for your EDR Scheme membership, currently $75 instead of $250 (fees quoted current at time of publication). 
  • Apart from having access to a wide lender panel, you are also able to seek approval for ad-hoc requests in exceptional circumstances to use lenders not on the panel.

Australian Credit Licence Holder Support Services

If you have your own Australian Credit Licence, you will be able to access many of the same resources and expertise as our credit representatives, such as training manuals, legal documents, standards, forms and templates.

You can adapt or copy any of these materials for your own business, saving you time and money on consultation fees and development costs. We recommend that you seek legal advice as to the suitability of these documents for your business.

Other support services for Licensees: 

  • Use of all of our tools and templates for responsible lending.
  • Access to favourable rates on PI insurance through our insurance broker.
  • Support from your Business Development Manager, who is able to access internal resources and credit. advice expertise on your behalf.
